Fee Payment

Session fees can be paid in cash at the session or by Bank Transfer - details will be sent with your booking confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

We will be as flexible as we can if you are unable to attend a session but in the event that you can't make a session:

• We have at least 7 days notice that you wish to cancel a confirmed booking then there will be no cancellation fee.

• If you cancel within 7 days and we are able to rebook your slot then then again there will be no cancellation fee.

• If we are unable to rebook your slot then:

  • If you cancel between 3-7 days before the session (Sun-Thurs) there will be a cancellation fee of 50%.

  • If you cancel within 3 days of the session (Fri-Sun) there will be a cancellation fee of 100%.

Video Analysis and Stroke Correction Session

Video Review session

The coach will travel a reasonable distance to undertake a video review session. Any additional travelling expenses will be agreed in advance.

Individual review - 1 person / 1 video

Group Review - min 2 people/ 2 videos

Additional time can be added to any session for £10/15mins
